In case, any manufacuturing related defected parts may occur (excluding the conditions voiding Warranty Terms) during Warranty Period; we provide replacement parts free-of-charge. And we promise and provide Life-Time Support; continued after the Warranty Period.
Yes, we are the first manufacturer in China to design and produce Automatic Box Making Machines, and since 2002 all products are being designed and manufactured in-house in our own facilities in compliance with ISO Quality Management System & CE Safety certifications.
We usually ship our products using Ningbo Sea Port and exact shipment delivery schedule depends on vessel availability. After customers final payment, we will provide a draft Packing List information and will enable our customer to confirm availability and space reservation through their freight forwarder.
We do accept payments in USD / EUR / CNY currencies. The payment term is via 100% Irrevocable L/C At Sight or T/T Transfer. For T/T payment we provide the convenience of 30% T/T deposit for order acceptance & manufacturing start; and the rest 70% T/T payment to be affected prior to shipment release.
After the machine or its subsystems are individually loaded on fumigation wooden pallet(s), each pallet will be covered with aluminum insulation foil and protective stretch film.
